Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of the Cr-modified nano-diamond wear-resistant coating comprises the following steps: calcining the modified diamond nano-particles; preparing a chromium electroplating solution by utilizing the obtained modified diamond particles; and electroplating on a metal substrate by adopting the prepared electroplating solution to form the wear-resistant coating. The content of diamond in the plating layer formed according to the method is greatly increased, so that the loss rate of the nano-diamond is reduced, and the strength of the plating layer is enhanced. Therefore, the cost can be remarkably reduced, and the service life of used parts can be prolonged.
