Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a welded pipe on-line continuous production system which comprises an uncoiler, a strip rolling unit, a welded pipe production unit, a speed adjusting and tensioning device and a control device, and the uncoiler, the strip rolling unit, the speed adjusting and tensioning device and the welded pipe production unit are sequentially arranged at intervals in the traction direction of a strip and connected with the control device. The speed adjusting tensioning device is used for tensioning the penetrating strip and sending a corresponding signal to the control device according to the forming condition of the rolled strip in the welded pipe production unit, so that the control device correspondingly controls and adjusts the rolling speed of the strip rolling unit, and then the rolling speed of the strip is matched with the forming speed.
