Basic fibroblast growth factor microsphere and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a basic fibroblast growth factor microsphere and a preparation method thereof. The present invention provides a method for preparing microspheres, comprising the steps of: providing an organic phase comprising polycaprolactone dissolved in an organic solvent and optionally an organic phase surfactant; providing an outer aqueous phase, the outer aqueous phase comprising an outer aqueous phase surfactant dissolved in water; providing an inner aqueous phase, the inner aqueous phase comprising a basic fibroblast growth factor dissolved in water and an optional inner aqueous phase surfactant; obtaining a water-in-oil primary emulsion from the internal water phase and the organic phase; water-in-oil-in-water multiple emulsion is obtained from the water-in-oil primary emulsion and the outer water phase; volatilizing the organic solvent in the multiple emulsion to obtain microspheres; and collecting the microspheres.
