Quantitative evaluation method and system for power regulation capability of variable-speed pumped storage unit

The invention provides a quantitative evaluation method and system for the power regulation capability of a variable-speed pumped storage unit. The quantitative evaluation method comprises the following steps: calculating the index weight of each layer of index in a pre-constructed power regulation capability evaluation index system of the variable-speed pumped storage unit by adopting an improved analytic hierarchy process; calculating a membership degree matrix corresponding to the bottom layer indexes based on the obtained index values of the bottom layer indexes in the index system; based on the index weight of each layer index and the membership matrix corresponding to the bottom layer index, evaluating the power regulation capability of the variable speed pumped storage unit; according to the improved analytic hierarchy process, a quasi-optimal consistency matrix is adopted to determine the index weight of each layer of indexes, evaluation of the power regulation capacity of the variable speed pumped st
