Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of treatment of micro-leakage of fuel in torches, in particular to a water seal system for acid gas and a torch combustion system. A water seal system for acid gas comprises a water seal tank containing water seal liquid, a liquid storage tank, a first pipeline used for conveying the water seal liquid in the water seal tank to the liquid storage tank and a second pipeline used for conveying the water seal liquid in the liquid storage tank to the water seal tank. The water seal tank is provided with an air inlet pipe extending into the water seal liquid and an exhaust pipe extending to the position above the water seal liquid, and the first pipeline is provided with a water seal pressure regulator used for regulating the height of the water seal liquid. According to the water seal system, the water seal liquid in the liquid storage tank can be introduced into the water seal tank again through the second pipeline to be reused, waste of the water seal liquid caused by direct di
