Valve mounting structure

The present disclosure relates to a mounting structure of a valve, which is used in an exhaust flow path, and includes a valve, and a setting portion which is a portion in the exhaust flow path to which the valve is mounted. The valve includes a valve seat and a valve body. The valve seat is attached to the installation portion and has an opening through which the exhaust gas passes. The valve element can close the opening.
