The method comprises the following steps: constructing a hot-based galvanizing production line; obtaining a strip steel raw material; carrying out cleanliness enhancement operation on the surface of the strip steel; feeding the strip steel into a reaction pot of the hot-based galvanizing production line; the furnace nose of the hot-based galvanization production line is subjected to homogenizing, humidifying and enhancing operation; humidifying parameters in the furnace nose are adjusted; a deslagging furnace nose structure is additionally arranged on the hot-based galvanizing production line; adjusting the components of the zinc liquid in the reaction pot; and adjusting the temperature of the zinc liquid in the reaction pot.
