Molecular marker for identifying characters of potatoes in growth period and application of molecular marker

The invention relates to a molecular marker for identifying growth period characters of potatoes and application of the molecular marker. The molecular marker is used for marking four allelic variations of StCDF1 genes in the potatoes. The method comprises the following steps: by taking potato genome DNA as a template, carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification by adopting a primer to obtain a product, and then detecting the amplified product by using agarose gel electrophoresis or capillary electrophoresis to obtain the molecular marker.
