The invention provides a shared data distribution method and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: first equipment determines shared data, and determines an authorization service of the shared data, and the authorization service is a service which can be executed by other equipment through employing the shared data; and the first device sends the shared data and use policy information to a second device, the use policy information being used for indicating the authorized service. Through the method provided by the invention, the locally stored shared data can be distributed to other equipment, and the other equipment receiving the shared data can follow the indication of the use strategy information to use the authorized service through the use strategy information. Thus, when the device distributes the locally stored shared data to other devices, the service scene used by the shared data can be standardized by using the policy information, and the shared data is prevented from being abuse
