Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for detecting whole-spectrum vitamins in serum, and relates to the technical field of metabolome analys.The method comprises the steps that isotope vitamins are added into a sample to serve as an internal standard, then water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins in the sample are extracted through a solid-liquid extraction method, and after the vitamins are separated through a T3 chromatographic column, the total-spectrum vitamins in the sample are obtained; and two-time sample injection and one-time analysis are carried out in a segmented manner.
