Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of antibacterial moisture-conducting acrylic fibers suitable for industrial continuous production. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving acrylonitrile copolymer powder in an inorganic or organic solution to prepare a spinning solution; 2) metering the spinning solution by a spinning metering pump, and extruding through a spinneret orifice; 3, nascent fibers formed after being extruded into the coagulating bath through the spinneret plate enter a secondary coagulating bath to be formed, then cold drafting, washing and hot drafting are carried out, and then alkaline dipping treatment is carried out; (4) enabling the impregnated fibers to enter a wet steam treatment machine for surface hydrolysis; 5) feeding the hydrolyzed fiber into a pickling tank for pickling treatment; and 6) finally washing, oiling and shaping to obtain the high-strength fiber.
