Zusammenfassung:A system for determining real-time valve function of a subject is provided. The system comprises a processing unit adapted to: obtain a numerical model of the cardiac system, the numerical model being either a 0D numerical model or a 1D numerical model, where the numerical model is adapted to receive physiological data as input and to output in real-time a function of a simulation of the cardiac system, where the numerical model is configured to receive the physiological data as input and to output in real-time a function of the simulation of the cardiac system; the simulated function of the cardiac system includes a simulated function of a valve within the cardiac system. The processor is further adapted to: obtain a continuous stream of physiological data from the subject; providing the continuous flow of physiological data as an input to the numerical model of the cardiac system, thereby generating a real-time function of a simulation of the cardiac system of the subject; and determining a real-time valve
