Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation process of a long stator of a magnetic suspension train, which comprises the following steps of: preparing an iron core: stacking and arranging a specified number of silicon steel sheets, then pressurizing the silicon steel sheets, performing hot melting and curing under a pressurizing state to form the iron core, and positioning the silicon steel sheets by implanting profiling dovetail keys when the silicon steel sheets are stacked; and dovetail key assembly: cooling the iron core subjected to hot melting and solidification, pushing out the dovetail key by adopting press fitting equipment, ejecting out the profiling dovetail key through the dovetail key for replacement, and assembling to form the long stator.
