Supporting plates are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of a base, a winding roller is rotationally connected between the supporting plates on the two sides, the two ends of the winding roller penetrate through the supporting plates, grooves are formed in the ends of the winding roller, first sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the base, and sliding plates are slidably connected into the first sliding grooves; an ejector rod is arranged on one side of the upper portion of the sliding plate, an ejector plug coaxial with the groove in the end of the winding roller is arranged at one end of the ejector rod, and the ejector plug is of a frustum-shaped structure.
