The solid electrolyte membrane comprises a fast ion conductor, a polymer matrix and a lithium salt. It is worthy of notice that the solid electrolyte membrane is prepared into a rheological body state through simple stirring under the conditions of no inert gas protection/inert gas protection and no humidity control, the surface of the prepared pole piece is coated with the solid electrolyte membrane to form the solid electrolyte layer, the experiment process is simple, and the air stability is high. The prepared solid electrolyte membrane shows excellent electrochemical performance after being assembled into a chargeable and dischargeable battery, and the cycling stability and the safety performance of the lithium ion battery are effectively improved.
