The preparation method of the embedded lithium ferric manganese phosphate positive electrode material comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials including a lithium source, an iron source, a manganese source, a phosphorus source, a carbon source, an additive and a solvent to obtain first mixed slurry; the additive comprises a surfactant; grinding the first mixed slurry to obtain second mixed slurry; drying the second mixed slurry to obtain a precursor; and calcining the precursor in a protective atmosphere to obtain the embedded lithium ferric manganese phosphate positive electrode material.
