Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a cable line and intermediate joint identification method and system based on a ground penetrating radar. The identification method comprises the following steps: establishing a radar detection model; acquiring different operation condition data and corresponding first ground penetrating radar feature images of the cable line and the intermediate joint; training a radar detection model to obtain a corresponding relation database of different operation condition data and ground penetrating radar feature images; detecting the underground cable line and the intermediate joint to obtain a second ground penetrating radar feature image; preprocessing the second ground penetrating radar feature image to obtain a preprocessed image; and comparing and analyzing the preprocessed second ground penetrating radar feature image with an image in a database to obtain operation conditions of the cable line and the intermediate joint.
