The method comprises the steps that the material density and a stress-strain curve of a railway vehicle rubber outer windshield are acquired; the center coordinate value of the bogie when the railway vehicle passes through the curves with different radiuses is calculated and serves as the displacement load of the outer windshield; on the basis of the data, the maximum strain value generated by the outer windshield under different curve working conditions is obtained through finite element simulation analysis; according to the maximum strain values generated under the different curve working conditions and the strain-life relational expression, obtained through fitting, of the outer windshield rubber material, the corresponding life values under the different curve working conditions are obtained.
