Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to research on a method for detecting the molecular weight of ginseng polysaccharide at an effective part. Chromatographic conditions are as follows: a molecular exclusion chromatography method is adopted, a chromatographic column with a high polymer as a filler is adopted, a salt solution is adopted as a mobile phase, the column temperature is 30-45 DEG C, the temperature of a differential detector is 35-50 DEG C, and the flow velocity is 0.4-0.6 ml/min. A methodology verification experiment result shows that the established ginseng polysaccharide molecular weight detection method is simple, convenient, reliable, controllable, high in operability and suitable for quality control of ginseng polysaccharide products. 本发明涉及一种用于有效部位人参多糖分子量检测方法的研究,色谱条件按照分子排阻色谱法,以高聚物为填充剂的色谱柱,盐溶液做为流动相,柱温30~45℃,示差检测器温度35~50℃,流速0.4~0.6ml/min。经方法学验证实验结果表明,建立的人参多糖分子量检测方法,简便、可靠、可控、可操作性较强,适用于人参多糖产品的质量控制。
