Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of road reconnaissance, in particular to a surveying and mapping device for road reconnaissance and a surveying and mapping method thereof.The surveying and mapping device comprises a triangular frame and a surveying and mapping instrument arranged on the triangular frame, and the triangular frame comprises a base used for containing the surveying and mapping instrument, supporting legs hinged to the base and supporting legs slidably arranged on the supporting legs in a sleeving mode; an adjusting device is arranged on the base and comprises a telescopic rod used for driving the supporting legs to ascend and descend in the vertical direction, a lifting assembly used for driving the telescopic rod to ascend and descend and a driving assembly used for driving the lifting assembly to rotate, and the two ends of the telescopic rod are rotationally matched with the supporting legs and the lifting assembly correspondingly; the supporting legs are provided with elastic cl
