Zusammenfassung:	The tensioning device comprises a gooseneck, a protection mechanism, a first chain, a second chain, a driving mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a tensioning mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism is used for driving the first chain and the second chain to rotate; the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the first chain and the second chain; the tensioning mechanism is used for tensioning the first chain and the second chain; the protection mechanism comprises a protection frame; the gooseneck is mounted on the protective frame; the driving mechanism, the clamping mechanism and the tensioning mechanism are sequentially arranged on the protection frame in the steel pipe lifting direction. A first clamping block is arranged on the first chain, a second clamping block is arranged on the second chain, and the first clamping block and the second clamping block are matched with each other to clamp the steel pipe.
