Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a composite demolding process for a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) fair-faced veneer, which is characterized in that a stearate layer is formed on the surface of a conventional demolding agent layer before UHPC slurry is poured. The method can overcome the phenomenon that the UHPC component is easy to stick to the mold during demolding, and can ensure that the surface of the UHPC component is not adhered with dirt such as a release agent and rust. Compared with a traditional method, a stearate layer is additionally arranged, and the stearate layer is used for isolating UHPC from the release agent, so that the demolding effect is guaranteed. Due to the existence of the stearate layer, the demolding efficiency of the demolding agent is improved, the mold sticking phenomenon of UHPC is effectively eliminated, the mold damage and deterioration speed is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the requirement for the mold surface cleanliness is great |
