Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a nickel-containing carbon nanotube/copper composite fiber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing densification treatment on original carbon nanotube fibers, and forming a sawtooth structure morphology on the surfaces of the high-densification carbon nanotube fibers while obtaining the densified carbon nanotube fibers; depositing nickel nanoparticles on the surface of the densified carbon nanotube fiber with the sawtooth structure; and continuously depositing a copper layer on the surface of the densified carbon nanotube fiber by adopting an electrochemical deposition technology to obtain the nickel-containing carbon nanotube/copper composite fiber. The nickel-containing carbon nanotube/copper composite fiber is prepared by using a densification process and the synergistic effect of nickel nanoparticles, so that the comprehensive mechanical properties such as elongation, modulus and tensile strength of the composite fiber can
