According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving Bi (NO3) 3.5 H2O into a mixed solution of deionized water and glacial acetic acid, uniformly mixing, adding an aqueous solution of Na2WO4. 2H2O, adding Zn3In2S6 into the obtained mixed solution, stirring for 1 hour, transferring into a high-pressure kettle for hydrothermal reaction, and washing and drying a product to obtain Zn3In2S6 and Bi2WO6.
