Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a reverse transcriptase mutant with multiple mutation sites, and particularly, a reverse transcriptase (M-MLV) mutation library is constructed, the reverse transcriptase mutant with the multiple mutation sites, which is improved in thermal stability and higher in amplification efficiency, is finally screened out through mass screening, and the reverse transcription efficiency is remarkably improved compared with that of a wild type M-MLV enzyme. 本发明提供了一种多突变位点的逆转录酶突变体，具体地，本发明构建了逆转录酶(M-MLV)突变库，通过大量筛选，最终筛选出了热稳定性提高且扩增效率较高的具有多突变位点的逆转录酶突变体，与野生型M-MLV酶相比逆转录效率显著提高。
