Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural biology, in particular to application of a CRISPR/cas9 system in the aspect of obtaining a tomato leaf miner kynurenine 3-hydroxylase mutant. The invention provides the application of the kynurenine 3-hydroxylase gene cinnabar of the tomato leaf miner, and further provides the application of the kynurenine 3-hydroxylase gene cinnabar. The CRISPR/Cas9 induces the target gene mutation of the tomato leaf miner, and the result shows that after the CRISPR/Cas9 induces the target gene mutation, the color of the eyes of the tomato leaf miner becomes red or brown, which indicates that the cinnabar gene plays a key role in the biosynthesis of the ophthalmicin of the tomato leaf miner. 本发明涉及农业生物技术领域,具体涉及CRISPR/cas9系统在获得番茄潜叶蛾犬尿氨酸3-羟化酶突变型方面的应用。本发明提供了上述番茄潜叶蛾犬尿氨酸3-羟化酶基因cinnabar的应用。对番茄潜叶蛾蛾靶基因突变,结果显示,CRISPR/Cas9诱导靶基因突变后,番茄潜叶蛾眼睛颜色变为红色或棕褐色,说明cinnabar基因在番茄潜叶蛾的眼黄素生物合成中起关键作用。
