The slow-release agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2%-5% of an emulsifier, 15%-20% of recyclable oil, 30%-45% of micron iron powder, 0.5%-2% of industrial syrup, 10%-15% of a thickener, 1%-3% of a stabilizer, 2%-5% of a disintegrating agent and 10%-20% of water. The prepared remediation agent is a green and environment-friendly agent, is slow-release, easy to form, capable of slowly releasing zero-valent iron and protecting the zero-valent iron from being oxidized for a long time, economical and easily available in raw materials, capable of greatly reducing the remediation cost, free of secondary pollution and capable of conducting long-term control and remediation on chlorohydrocarbon pollutants in a soil aeration zone or water-soil co-treatment, and the remediation effect is good.
