Polyarylether sulfone composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a polyarylether sulfone composite material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polyarylether sulfone resin; 0.1-5 parts of a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer; 10 to 30 parts of glass fiber; 5 to 10 parts of filler; 0.2 to 0.3 part of an acid acceptor; and 0-0.5 part of an antioxidant. According to the invention, polyarylethersulfone resin with different molecular weight components is selected, a certain amount of thermotropic liquid crystal polymer with a specific structure is added, and a specific filler and glass fiber are supplemented, so that the hydroxyl-terminated polyarylethersulfone resin can generate a block copolymer in situ with the thermotropic liquid crystal polymer to realize compatibility; according to the present invention, the compatibility and the stability of the composite material are further improved, such that the processing fluidity and the dielectric property of the polyarylether sulfone material are significantly impro
