According to the method, NO3 -N in the low-concentration nitrate nitrogen wastewater is removed mainly through denitrification of dominant bacteria represented by Pseudoxanthomonas sp., and the method sequentially comprises the following steps: preparing a domestication nutrient solution, filling an anaerobic bottle, culturing a biological membrane, pre-adjusting the wastewater and carrying out biological treatment on the wastewater. The method can quickly and deeply remove NO3 -N in the low-concentration nitrate nitrogen wastewater, shortens the wastewater treatment period, is low in treatment cost, does not cause secondary pollution, is simple and feasible, and is suitable for treating low-concentration nitrate nitrogen wastewater of various scales after being amplified.
