The concentricity detection device and the defective product discharging device are arranged on one side of the mechanical arm grabbing mechanism C. The magnetizing magnetic flux detection device, the magnetic shoe thrust detection device and the motor rotor performance detection device are arranged on the other side of the mechanical arm grabbing mechanism B and the other side of the mechanical arm grabbing mechanism C and circulate among the devices through movement of the mechanical arm grabbing mechanism B and the mechanical arm grabbing mechanism C.
