A hot water port of a solar water heater is connected with an inlet of a hot water storage tank, and an outlet of the hot water storage tank is connected with a shell pass of a carbon dioxide heater and a hot water channel of a refrigerator and converged to a cold water return port of the solar water heater through pipelines. An outlet of the refrigerator working medium channel is sequentially connected with the flue gas cooler working medium channel and an inlet of the refrigerator working medium channel, the temperature swing adsorber is sequentially connected with a flue gas cooler shell pass, a shell pass of the winding heat exchanger and a flue gas pipeline, and a tail gas channel of the winding heat exchanger is connected with the temperature swing adsorber.
