Zusammenfassung:The preparation method of the sulphated polysaccharide-folic acid conjugate synthesized nano-particles comprises the following steps: dissolving deoxycholic acid in distilled water, respectively adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide which are 1.2 times of the equivalent weight of deoxycholic acid, enabling the 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide and the N-hydroxysuccinimide to react with amino groups in sulphated polysaccharide to form amido bonds, and preparing the sulphated polysaccharide-folic acid conjugate synthesized nano-particles.
