The first rotating rods, the bearing frames, the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods are arranged, the first connecting rods are rotationally connected with the fixing frame, the first rotating rods can rotate conveniently, baffles needing high-position planting can be rotated down, high-position agriculture and forestry crops can be planted conveniently, the first connecting rods are rotationally connected with the surfaces of the two adjacent bearing frames, and the first connecting rods are arranged on the surfaces of the two adjacent bearing frames.
