Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a manufacturing method of an organic light-emitting device, and the method comprises the steps: providing a substrate, and forming a thin film transistor on the substrate to obtain an array substrate; a light-emitting device layer is formed on the array substrate, the light-emitting device layer comprises an anode, an organic light-emitting layer and a cathode which are stacked in sequence, and the display panel is obtained; placing the display panel in the aging treatment chamber, introducing a repairing gas into the aging treatment chamber, and applying a voltage between the anode and the cathode to repair a short circuit region in the light emitting device layer; and sealing the display panel to obtain the organic light-emitting device.
