Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an intelligent organoid type identification method and system based on microscopic images. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pulmonary alveolar organ microscopic image; carrying out frame selection and independent extraction on each alveolar organ, and representing an image of one alveolar organ by xi; respectively inputting each alveolar organ image into three types of intelligent judgment and recognition models to obtain three prediction results; after all the alveolar organ images are processed, counting the accuracy rate and recall rate results of the three types of intelligent judgment and recognition models, evaluating the three models by using the results, and selecting the model with the optimal evaluation result as a final sorting model; the method is used for identifying and judging the types of the alveolar organs. According to the method, the alveolar organ images are used as data input, detailed typing proportion data can be directly exported, a unified
