The invention relates to a cutting abrasion test bed frame which is formed by splicing and welding a plurality of plates, the frame is divided into a front area, a middle area and a rear area from front to back, the front area is sequentially provided with a cut rock sample placing cavity and a cut crushed material collecting cavity from top to bottom, and the middle area is sequentially provided with an oil cylinder mounting cavity, a manual control cavity and a main power system mounting cavity from top to bottom. A frequency converter mounting cavity and a signal processor mounting cavity are sequentially arranged in the rear area from top to bottom, the middle area and the rear area are lower than the front area, the top surface of the rear area is an abrasion rotary power system mounting surface, an abrasion rock sample placing area is arranged above the middle area, and an abrasion rotary power system mounting area is arranged above the rear area.
