Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a noise estimation device and a vehicle control device. A control device as a noise estimation device is applied to a vehicle provided with an internal combustion engine as a power source and a transmission device as a power transmission mechanism. The control device is provided with: a storage device in which map data, which is data specifying a map that has been learned by machine learning, is stored; and a CPU, which is an execution device. In the mapping, when a variable relating to the output of the power source and a variable indicating the state of the power transmission mechanism are input as input variables, a variable indicating the sensory level relating to noise is output as output variables. The noise is caused by the fact that tooth beating sound generated by operation of the power transmission mechanism is transmitted to a cab of the vehicle.
