The plant fiber-imitated degradable polyester composite material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 52.0 to 98.7 percent of degradable polyester; 0.8 wt% to 3.0 wt% of a plasticizer; from 0.0 wt% to 35.0 wt% of a filler; from 0.1 wt% to 3.0 wt% of viscose fibers; from 0.0 wt% to 5.0 wt% of a degradable color master batch; 0.1 wt% to 1.0 wt% of a coupling agent; 0.2% to 0.6% by weight of a lubricant; and 0.2 wt% to 0.4 wt% of an antioxidant.
