In the washing process, a mode of combining macroscopic stirring and mixing with microscopic molecular mixing is adopted, so that organic chlorine, inorganic chlorine and residual phase transfer catalyst generated in the reaction process can be fully washed off, the adsorption of the phase transfer catalyst to toluene is avoided, and the removal of toluene in the subsequent reduced pressure distillation process is facilitated.
