Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for rapidly starting biofilm formation of a biological rotating disc, which comprises the following steps: S100, pouring sewage to be treated into a pool body where the biological rotating disc is located, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) of the sewage is not more than 500mg/L, meanwhile, adding a bacillus strain and/or activated sludge containing bacillus, and starting the biological rotating disc to rotate; s200, continuously spraying a first nutrient solution on the biological rotating disc, wherein the first nutrient solution comprises a soybean milk component; s300, to-be-treated sewage is poured into the pool body where the biological rotating disc is located, the COD of the sewage is not larger than 800 mg/L, meanwhile, a second nutrient solution is intermittently sprayed on the biological rotating disc till the mass fraction of biofilm formation matter on the biological rotating disc reaches 15%, and the second nutrient solution comprises soybean milk ingredients; and
