The creation method comprises the following steps: screening a male plant material which possibly has the high-Vc-content gene from seedling progenies of a kiwi fruit skeleton parent 'Huite' with rich Vc content; carrying out multi-combination hybridization to obtain a male plant screening filial generation group; evaluating the Vc content of the filial generation, screening a high-heredity hybridized combination with a high Vc content character, and screening a male parent material with a high Vc content gene.
