In the fixed-side driven disk (140), a fixed-side disk (141) is formed at the end of a cylindrical fixed-side sleeve (142), and a groove-shaped concave cam portion (144) is formed at a fixed-side connection portion (142a) where the fixed-side disk (141) is formed. A movable-side driven disk (150) has a movable-side disk (151) formed on a movable-side sleeve (152) formed in a cylindrical shape, and a cam-forming cylinder (153) is fitted to a movable-side connection portion (152b) on which the movable-side disk (151) is formed.
