According to the method, non-correlation between paths is guaranteed through ECMP fractional topology cutting, non-correlation NFP backup paths in topology sub-regions are firstly obtained through a maximum redundancy tree (MRT) graph cutting method on the premise that reliability indexes are considered, then divided sub-topologies are cut in global topology, remaining feasible sub-topology regions are repeatedly searched, and therefore the reliability of the whole topology is improved. The non-correlation between the NFP paths in the same area is ensured, the non-correlation between the NFP paths in different areas is also ensured, and a reliable virtual forwarding path is formed.
