Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a Pt-coated WN/rGO catalyst for CO poisoning resistance of a fuel cell, and belongs to the technical field of electrocatalysts. Tungsten nitride nanoparticles with small particle size and good dispersion are formed on graphene derived from graphene oxide through hydrothermal assembly and nitridation, and then Pt particles are loaded through a sodium borohydride reduction method. The catalyst is of a sheet structure, and due to the synergistic catalysis effect between WN and Pt, the catalyst has excellent HOR performance and stability, also has high CO tolerance, can show excellent CO poisoning resistance in the HOR period in the presence of 1000 ppm of CO, and has a great application prospect in fuel cells as a membrane electrode.
本发明公开了一种用于燃料电池抗CO中毒的Pt@WN/rGO催化剂,属于电催化剂技术领域。本发明先通过水热组装和氮化在氧化石墨烯衍生的石墨烯上形成粒径较小、分散良好的氮化钨纳米颗粒,再通过硼氢化钠还原法负载Pt粒子的催化剂。该催化剂为片状结构,WN与Pt之间的协同催化作用使得本发明的催化剂具有优异的HOR性能和稳定性,而且还有很高的CO耐受性,在存在1000ppm CO的情况下,可以在HOR期间显示出优异的抗CO中毒能力,同时作为膜电极在燃料电池中有很大的应用前景。 |
