Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a composite fatigue life prediction method considering a loading cycle number. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a failure cycle number and a loading cycle number under low-cycle loading and high-cycle loading under a given condition; calculating an influence factor of the loading cycle number on the fatigue life; establishing an equivalent cycle number model capable of describing compound fatigue, and calculating an equivalent cycle number; calculating composite fatigue accumulated damage; and predicting the fatigue life under composite loading. According to the method, the composite fatigue life of the material can be accurately predicted, and reference is provided for reliability design of high-end equipment.
