The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting nuclear facility plant site meteorological tower conventional meteorological observation data and three-dimensional turbulence data of a part of time periods as a data basis; (2) establishing a similar relationship between conventional meteorological observation data and three-dimensional turbulence data of a nuclear facility site meteorological tower, and calculating site roughness; (3) calculating the hourly turbulence pulsation speed of the plant site, calculating the Richardson number of the corresponding time period and the corresponding mixing length, and further calculating the corresponding Lagrange time scale; (4) substituting the hourly data in the step (3) into a Taylor formula to calculate hourly diffusion parameters; and (5) calculating the caused maximum concentration according to the obtained diffusion parameters and the wind speed at the current moment, a |
