Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a test method for stratified analysis of a lump iron ore magnetizing roasting effect, and aims at solving the problems existing in lump iron ore shaft furnace magnetizing roasting. On the basis of researching the relationship between the blocky iron ore magnetizing roasting effect and magnetizing roasting temperature, time and reducing gas components, the method comprises the following steps: cutting and layering roasted ores, taking surface layer and center roasted ore samples, respectively detecting the TFe and FeO contents, calculating the blocky iron ore magnetizing roasting unevenness, and carrying out layering analysis on the blocky iron ore magnetizing roasting effect. And a technical support is provided for optimization of lump iron ore shaft furnace magnetizing roasting process parameters.
