The method includes the following steps that firstly, the cruise missile is decomposed into two parts according to the size of a test box, missile function composition and the working process of the cruise missile, the part arranged in the box serves as test participating equipment, the part arranged outside the box serves as test accompanying equipment, and the outer section of the box and the inner section of the box are connected through a cable to form the missile capable of working and testing normally. Then, determining a test scheme, test stress and a test profile; and finally, carrying out a reliability test. The out-box section test method is similar. By adopting the method, various errors caused by complex coupling and connection relations between single machines, inconsistency of single machine test stress and actual stress, large difference of single machine evaluation models and the like can be effectively eliminated,
