The structure comprises a first flange plate, a second flange plate and an annular sealing block, the first flange plate and the second flange plate are applied to a turboset, the annular sealing block is arranged between the first flange plate and the second flange plate, an annular concave sealing groove is formed in the first flange plate, and an annular convex sealing groove is formed in the second flange plate.
