Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a wind alignment device and method for a wind turbine generator. The wind alignment device comprises an anemoscope, a controller, a yaw system of the wind turbine generator and a power measuring device of the wind turbine generator. The signal output end of the anemoscope is connected with the controller, and the anemoscope is arranged at the top of the wind measuring rod and is as high as the center of a hub of the wind turbine generator; the signal input end of the yaw system is connected with the controller; the signal output end of the power measuring device is connected with the controller, and the power measuring device is installed at the joint of the wind turbine generator and the power grid.
